Statement of Significance

A pair of trees in the front garden which are significant due to their large physical dimensions, maturityand good form. Due to there estimated age and phsical size the trees make a significant impact upon the Eureka Street landscape and provide the immediate area with a great sense of scale. Note: These trees were added to the Register in 1983 at the Regional Level for their aesthetic value. In 2011 are now promoted to the State level for their aesthetic value, as well as their outstanding size and examples of the species and for their contribution to the landscape.
